Gary and I met over 15 years ago.  Since then we have collaborated together on many successful sell-side M&A projects, all made easier by our highly compatible and client focused work styles.  So joining the team at Arakelian & Associates was a natural next step. 

For over two decades, I’ve been passionate about helping businesses grow through mergers and acquisitions. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of companies—both public and private—helping them navigate complex deals and partnerships. My experience spans everything from new ventures and private equity to international businesses, with a focus on creating opportunities for growth through strategic collaborations, joint ventures, and sell-side projects.

My leading principle has always been (and continues to be) serving clients in an exceptional and tailored way, bringing all my M&A experience to the table.  Tenacity, creativity, and a passion for what I do, are hallmarks of who I am as a person (though will share that I do bring a sense of fun when I can – M&A deals can be an arduous journey).
