Gary Arakelian

CEO & FOUNDER

With over 30 years’ experience in corporate leadership and executive management of organizations, I continue to live the entrepreneur’s dream and it helps feed how I advise, consult, and collaborate with my owner clients.

My background has honed my skills to raise capital, gain early adoption, create new markets, outline strategy, and decipher competitive differentiation. I have built and led several companies which were pioneers in their respective fields involving software technology, sales force automation, supply chain management, fulfillment, and distribution.

Throughout the years I have applied my background to sell-side success stories across numerous vertical sectors including manufacturing, industrial automation, life sciences and healthcare, technology, transportation and logistics, food and beverage, and distribution.

I serve as a Vistage Executive peer advisory group chairman, and for the past 17 years have worked with hundreds of CEO, C-suite executives and business owners as a mentor, coach, and strategist. This privilege (and true joy!) has offered me an inside look at every business model, revenue model, leadership style, operating nuance, and go-to-market strategy that creates sustainable growth and helps to dominate a marketplace.

I am honored to use my entire breadth of experience and passion to serve my clients as their advocate, strategist, and chief negotiator on every deal we lead.

I love what I do, it’s as simple as that.

While I do love my work, I love my time with family and friends even more, those both near and far. It all stems from being born and bred in Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, and so I do travel back and forth quite a bit. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, cycling long distances, doubles tennis and practicing golf. And occasionally I rest, relax and recharge.
